We opened our doors in 2021 on a mission to provide a fresh, fun foodie experience for everyone who orders. Our day-to-day consists of creating new recipes, and bringing back crowd favourites, to offer the flavours and love of a homecooked meal with the convenience of grab-and-go.

Small batches ensure freshness, but unfortunately what you see today may be gone tomorrow. Or even later today. We always reccomend placing an order for pickup at freshfm.ca if you dont want to miss out.

Browse our menu, choose your favourites, confirm your eta for your convenience, and pay by Credit Card. We’ll have it ready for you when you come in!
Pick up!
Easy peasy picking up your meals is breezy. Come on in, let us know your name and we’ll bring out your order
Heat & Eat
OR defrost, heat and eat. Our meal solutions are best cooked in the oven, but can always be removed from their packaging and thrown in the microwave.
